The First Festival on Production of Electronic Content in TVE                             This festival was held in 2004 in order to achieve the following goals in collaboration with the administrative offices of the Ministry of Education in I.R. IRAN and the related organizations of the provinces. *Encouraging the teachers, technical instructors, under graduate students and the students of the education centers and the students of technical and vocational schools to participate actively in the usage of soft wares and electronic content. *Establishment of proper manner to introduce the abilities of educational centers and technical, vocational high schools and their participation in the process of the production of soft wares and electronic content. *Creation of greater self-believing in the teachers, technical instructors, education centers students and the students of technical and vocational schools in the process of the production of electronic content. In this scientific and educational festival, 1279 soft wares of the teachers and students were received from all over the country. They consisted of 452 soft wares from the students of technical and vocational highschools, 328 soft wares from the students of education centers, 431 soft wares from the technical instructors and 68 soft wares and Electronic contents from the teachers of education centers. The selected works of the festival were of 6 student softwares, 10 university student soft wares and 14 teacher and instructor Electronic contents. The festival began its activity by holding several meetings for the investigation of general and fundamental cases, after the announcement of the policy making council, by the formation of two planning and administrative committees which were composed of the representatives of administrative offices and the related administrative units .The administrative cases were followed on the basis of the festival regulated CPM .And in order to inform the technical and vocational schools, vocational (Kar-Danesh) schools and technical and vocational education centers throughout the country about the holding of 2 forums with the participation of the representatives of educational organizations of the provinces and the preparation of 2 posters and one notifying brochure and several visits to the educational centers and the creation of  web site  address at www.tvtelearning.com , the committees took necessary actions activities. Judgment and evaluation of the monuments were done in 3 phases in accordance with the related procedures and in the final phase, each soft ware was assessed by two judgment groups and the final score was given after studying and analyzing the assessments of that two mentioned groups again. Some prizes were given to the selected monuments. All the software, either before or after judgment, was filed carefully in a suitable place and their activities were documented. Meanwhile, along with the festival the selected software and electronic contents of the participants were shown for the audience.                                                                                          “AdministrativeCommittee”
